Located within easy reach of great restaurants and ski slopes, this hotel boasts an incredible in-house restaurant. the staff will navigate you through the ski mountain with ease. the bathrooms are pristine and the complementary breakfast is a great start to the day.
The gym facilities are slightly outdated.

I had the most good stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were very caring, friendly, and attentive. The room was very spacious, beautifully decorated, and kept everything was super clean. The view of the lake and mountains from the room was lovely. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner options were of the highest quality, with a great selection for both adults and kids. The spa facilities were great, providing a quiet and relaxed setting. this hotel provided a luxurious and lovely experience.

Location was great, close to the main train station and the city center. The breakfast was quite good and the room was decently sized with comfortable beds.
The staff was not friendly or helpful, and seemed indifferent to our needs. The parking was very expensive and we were not informed about this before booking. The Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to work from the hotel room. not a good experience for a business trip.

Excellent value for money with half board and discounted ski passes. Recently renovated, striving to be one of the best. Impressive spa, beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Attentive staff, exceptional service.

Luxury at its finest! From the elegant room decor to the exclusive amenities, this hotel is the epitome of extravagance. the Spa & wellness centre exceeded expectations with an incredible range of spa services and treatments, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, and steam room. the staff provided exceptional service, catering to our every need with precision.
The only minor issue was that the sun terrace was not as spacious as expected, it was not accommodating enough for all guests. this hotel was incredible, with personalized service and luxurious facilities, making it the perfect venue for a stay in a wonderful location.
